Following the news, anyone can see HTC and Apple are pretty much at each others throats with lawsuits, and patent claims. A Delaware court has ordered the two, however, to meet up and have a chat, hoping to settle then and there.  But will it happen that easily?  Weeellll…

While Apple CEO Tim Cook has noted that he isn’t a big fan of lawsuits, he certainly hasn’t showed any hints that he’d holster his weapons yet.  On the opposite side, HTC is probably hoping to push that phone shipping delay outta the way, which was a result of Apple’s victories in court.
