Galaxy S 3 announced in May, packing Exynos quad CPU

Finally getting some solid news about the Galaxy S3 from Samsung.  Already in production the Exynos 4 Quad is scheduled to be adopted first into Samsung’s next Galaxy smartphone that will officially be announced in May,”

Samsung also brags about their 1.4GHz quad-core chip having twice the power of its predecessor, along with 20 percent power savings.

They also mention that they will be selling the processor to other manufacturers, including Meizu.  The Exynos 4 Quad is also compatible in pins with the Exynos 4 Dual, which allows minimal costs to redo handsets.
